Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs, Method and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout stage and is dependent on weight and/or location. Shipping costs start at around $9.95. Some photobooks are heavy and may fall under a greater shipping rate bracket.
We use Australia Post to send orders and are shipped from Melbourne. During checkout you will be given a choice of Parcel Post or Express Post.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-14 days. Pre-orders can take anywhere between 5 - 21 days to arrive in Australia, usually most our pre-orders arrive within 6 - 10 days.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Delays may be possible but we try to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
Please take care when entering your delivery address. We will not accept liability for incorrect address provided by customers. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock And Pre Orders
If an item is out of stock or a pre-order, we will wait for all of the items ordered to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. Please order items separately if you require them beforehand.

Delivery Time Exceeded / My Item Did Not Arrive
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time or your item has not arrived, please contact us at info@mimisworldofkpop.com.au so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

Subject to change
Details such as release date, pre-order period, shipping schedule, contents and description may change due to the product company. You will be notified as soon as possible if there are any changes to your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note before starting a refund that the outer case is for protecting goods, slight scratches and discolouration of the case is not a defect of the product.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (in shrink). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept refunds if you have just simply changed your mind.

To start a return, please complete this form and provide as much information as possible. Please include photos and a video clearly showing the damage. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any returns or refunds, the shipping is to be paid by the customer, original shipping fees are non-refundable. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@mimisworldofkpop.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged packaging is not a reason for return. Packaging such as the outer box/case/cover is made to protect the inner goods. Damages such as small spots, scratches, flaws, or discolouration cannot be a reason for compensation. We make sure that we provide sufficient protection so that there is no damage however occasions may occur that are beyond our control.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved or not. If approved, your replacement will be shipped to you or the value of the product will be provided as in-store credit. If a suitable exchange item is unavailable or in-store credit is not accepted, a refund will be refunded on your original payment method minus original shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
